So grateful to everyone who donated auction items, ran the auction, collected money, donated money, and will be making receipts.

It is truly a team effort, and my heart is touched by everyone who jumps in to serve.

Our mission is to connect people with resources to help them navigate the ups and downs of life and alleviate the mental health challenges we face as a community.

We also have a Reiki circle every first Friday of the month.

And a weekly support group on zoom Wednesday nights with alternating English and Chinese options.
